Goth Babe, the talented project of Griffin Washburn, kicked off his 2024 Tour in Boston, MA bringing his refreshing, oceanic-feel performance to close out the summer. His music merges indie pop and electronic elements, creating a relaxing yet captivating sound that evokes the feeling of sunny coastal days and being outdoors. He initially gained recognition with his self-produced DIY tracks and has since built a reputation as well as, a large fan base that appreciates his unique and authentic style. His concerts feature beach balls flying everywhere, crowd surfers on water rafts, and vibrant neon lights. Goth Babe incorporates visuals for his backdrop sent in from fan submissions, including serene scenes of rivers, trees, mountains, and other natural landscapes that enhance the immersive experience and reflect the nature-inspired essence of his music. The 14-song setlist included popular tracks such as “Moments/Tides,” “I Wanna Help Your Mind,” and the fan favorite “Weekend Friends.” His latest release, titled “Whole World,” which came out on August 30th, bursts with vibrant energy while keeping his charming, catchy melodies and distinct signature guitar riffs.
