Whoa Dakota - "We Create"

Nashville’s very own, Whoa Dakota, is a breath of fresh air. The joyful blend of funky synth bass and jazzy vocals is the perfect combination. Whoa Dakota (Jessica Ott) delivers a refreshing sound that is unique and we cannot get enough. “We Create” was highlighted as one of NPR’s favorite submissions for their 2017 Tiny Desk Contest; stating: “Ott’s voice, drifting over a tight groove, makes a relationship’s uncertainty feel romantic.” I couldn’t agree more. Whoa Dakota is the perfect addition to you playlist, whether you’re looking for a peaceful song on a rainy day, or just a feel god jam. One thing is for sure, we're a fan! I’m really digging “We Create,” and I can’t wait for the rest of Patterns, which is due out in June.
